Architecture Overview
INEAN PLAY uses a beltless direct-drive shuffling system with optical tile counting. This eliminates the most common failure point in legacy automatic tables.
Key Components
| Component | Function | Lifespan |
|---|---|---|
| Direct-drive motor | Tile agitation | 50,000+ cycles |
| Optical counter | Tile count verification | 100,000+ reads |
| Mixing chamber | Random distribution | 5+ years |
| Distribution arm | 4-player deal | 30,000+ deals |
Jam Prevention
When tile count deviates from expected set size, the system pauses and alerts via error code E03. User removes excess tiles and resumes.
