Mode Switch Timing Benchmark

Procedure: power on → idle → invoke 101→106 from control panel → log to stable shuffle ready.

Pass criteria: ≤5000 ms. Fail modes: power cycle required, tile count mismatch, UI allows switch mid-hand (reject firmware).
